Delete your MargLabz account

01Who this is for#

Anyone with an account in the MargLabz app (developer: Marg ERP Ltd.): patients, doctors, lab staff, B2B clients, pharmacies and channel partners.

If you are a patient, your test records belong to the lab that tested you, and that lab decides how they are kept. We pass your request to your lab and act on it with them. You can also ask your lab directly.

02How to ask#

• Write to info@marglabz.com from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with. Use the subject "Delete my MargLabz account".
• Tell us what kind of account it is (patient, doctor, lab staff, B2B client, pharmacy or channel partner) and, for a patient or doctor, the name of your lab.
• Or call us on 011-30969600 or 011-66969600.
• We check that the request is really yours, for example with a one-time code to your registered mobile, and then confirm by email.

03What we delete#

Within 30 days of confirming the request we delete:

• Your sign-in account, so you can no longer sign in.
• Your profile: name, email, mobile number, saved addresses and preferences such as language.
• Family members you added, and the notification tokens of your phones.
• For a pharmacy, doctor, B2B client or channel partner: the account's contact and bank details, unless needed for a payment still due.
• Your consents for marketing and for the AI Smart Report, which stop at once.

04What a lab must keep#

Some records cannot be deleted when you close your account, because the law and laboratory accreditation require them to be kept:

• Test orders, results and signed reports, which are the lab's medical records.
• Invoices and payment records, required by tax law.
• Security and audit logs, and records of the consents you gave.

These are kept only for as long as those rules require, are not used for marketing or anything else, and are deleted when that period ends.

05Delete some data but keep your account#

You can withdraw a consent without closing your account: patients can turn off sharing reports with their doctor in the app under More → Privacy, and anyone can write to us to withdraw marketing or AI Smart Report consent, or to have a particular detail corrected or erased.
