Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days free on the Professional plan, with no credit card required. Your local Marg partner loads your own test menu and rates so the trial runs on your lab's real workflow.
What does onboarding cost?
₹5,000 on Starter up to ₹25,000 on Professional. Enterprise onboarding is quoted separately. For comparison, Creliohealth charges ₹10,000–₹50,000 across the same tiers.
Are there hidden charges?
No. SMS and WhatsApp credits come out of your included allowance first; top-ups are ₹0.15 per message against a market rate of ₹0.20. Every other charge is listed in the add-ons table above. All prices exclude GST.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change takes effect from your next billing cycle.
Are ABDM and NABL included?
ABDM integration is included in Professional and above, and available as a ₹1,999/month add-on on Growth. The NABL documentation module is included in Professional and above.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is charged for 10 months instead of 12 — 2 months free, about a 17% discount. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle above to see both.
